Our evening streaming programme is not identical to the program in the venues. Please check all the details in this guide!

The second edition of Vector Hack 2020 starts from 1st to 4th October in Rijeka at Deltalab and Exportdrvo, as well as online via a webstream www.youtube.com/c/VectorHackFestival/ as part of the Rijeka 2020 European Capital of Culture.

This year’s edition of the Festival will be extended to two more cities and after Rijeka it will continue in Osmo/za in Ljubljana on October 7 and conclude in Dubrovnik from October 9 to 10 in the Art Workshop Lazareti. Thirty-four artists, researchers and programmers from all over the world will take part in the festival, with an emphasis on the regional scene of Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Croatia.

Through talks, workshops and live performances, this festival will once again bring together experts in the field of laser and oscilloscope art. Due to the circumstances brought about by the global pandemic, the program is a combination of live performances from physical locations and programs that take place on the Internet. At physical locations in Rijeka, Ljubljana and Dubrovnik, we present attractive multimedia performances, video program, multimedia installations, laser projections in public space, photo exhibition and workshops. The lecture program takes place online, with live Q&A immediately after each lecture. In the workshops, we will introduce participants to the basic tools for the synthesis of vector audio-visual graphics.
